Plus was engaged by the client to carry out a site survey and report on the CT Plaza tower at 22 Vo Van Kiet, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The aim of the survey was to identify the condition of the building and report on any upgrade or major maintenance work required to ensure the building is in accordance with International Standards and all relevant Local Standards.
