Unilever Homebase Project – The project was to refurbish the current office building to meet the expectations and growth requirements of Unilever. The building was upgraded to meet the Health, Safety and Environmental aspirations of the client, including rating the building with the U.S. Green Building Council.
This refurbishment generally consisted of fit-out works for the approximately 11,000sqm of Gross Floor Area, however some major overhauls of existing systems were designed to improve safety, meeting current fire regulations and improving energy efficiency of the building.
Plus designed and documented the new fit-out and upgrades to the base building systems for all Building Services Disciplines and also acted as the LEED Accredited Professional for the project.
