The Vattanac Lifestyle Park is a project that will provide open park area to the center of Phnom Penh and increase retail area for the guests staying at the adjacent 5-Star Rosewood hotel.
The retail area will comprise of a mixture of Food and Beverage Tenancies and also high-end retail fashion brands located on Basement 1. The other levels will be reserved for carparking, plant area and additional plant area for the Rosewood Hotel, including 2x2000kVA Diesel generators for 100% backup of the Hotel.
